In case you weren’t aware, I absolutely love the Halloween season.
It brings back so many memories for me and each year we create new family traditions. A couple of weeks ago, Braxton was running around the house dressed as Michael Myers and Colt was pretending to be Dr. Loomis (played by Donald Pleasance) from the original Halloween.
Devon and I were loving it and yes, its weird, but we are all weird, some of use just embrace it and are more open to it than others.
Anyhow, there is plenty of spookiness this time of year, but nothing could be scarier than letting another month go by wishing you had found the perfect fitness program.
