Throughout the years, I’ve highlighted many of the lessons I’ve learned from Munchie, now it seems that I will be entering the stage of learning from Tank (yes, you read that right).
The past few Sundays, I’ve given Tank a chocolate chip muffin for breakfast. And wouldn’t you know it, the little dude rips that thing apart, only looking and finding the chocolate chips.
The rest of the muffin is just scraps for him. It looks like a big mess but he knows what he is after.
The funny thing is, I eat the scraps for dessert in my weekly Sunday night Sundae.
He gets what he wants out of the situation because he knows exactly what he is looking for.
When you have a target, you increase efficiency and dopamine because each step is a part of the process.
Go find what your chocolate chip is.
