Mister May, Mr. Mike

We are thrilled to announce that our May member of the Month in Flemington was Mike Penyak.

Mike started with us as a Ripped Dad in our inaugural Ripped Dads contest in Flemington back in the fall of 2018.

And he was on fire during that time and decided that he wanted to keep the momentum going after those 6 weeks, which meant he became one of our founding members in Flemington.

He has gained muscle and lost inches and body fat.  More importantly, his mindset is operating at peak performance.  You can take a listen to his story right here:

Member Showcase: Jon Pawlowski aka Stretch

Stretch has been associated with Newell Strength just about as long as any member we’ve had.

That’s because we were buddies way back at another globo gym, then we started playing hoops together and so on until he decided he wanted to start working out with me in the PIT.

He is a great role model for other dads out there.  He still plays hoops here and there and he makes a point to get in for at least 3 workouts per week, despite being a busy teacher, Coach and dedicated father and husband.
