Turns Out I was Right All Along

Two weekends ago, I finished a book called the Circadian Code, which was authored by, ironically, Dr. Panda.

Some of the book was rudimentary, but as I got to the end there were about 10 pages of cool research that validated stuff I’ve been teaching in the Panda Program.  Yes, this is the best eating system in the world if your goal is energy and permanent weight loss, but it’s nice to see my philosophy validated by a fellow expert’s book.

In today’s episode, I talk about some of the stuff that was within those 10 pages.

P.S-The next Panda Challenge will begin Monday, September 14th.  I am only taking 10 students this time and I have 3 NEW things that will be implemented into this journey.  It will be 7 weeks.  *ONLY 2 SPOTS REMAIN!!!*. To apply and set up a call so I can see if you’re a good fit, go to: https://hillsborough.newellstrength.com/panda_diet

P.P.S- We are in fact having our annual Fat Shredder contest, albeit a little later than normal.  If you are ready for some fun, accountability and ready to take back your health, then this is it.  Contest begins on Sept. 17th and we are only taking 20 teams.  Each team is made of 3 people and must include at least one woman and one non-member (can be one and the same).  If you are interested, reply to this email or sign up at either Newell Strength location.

Do What’s Right in Your Heart

In life, we all have different paths and therefore different realities.

You never know what another person’s journey is all about.

You can’t quite know for sure what they are supposed to do in this life, all you can do is continue to walk your path.

I did what was right in my heart, which drew others during the week to do what was right in their heart.

Much of the stuff was totally unpredictable when the week started, one of which was Assemblymen, Roy Frieman, stepping up to play an integral role in moving the issue forward and providing hope to so many people of New Jersey that were following our story.

Roy proceeded to get a lot of heat and flack from some in the political world for helping me and us, but he did what he felt was right in his heart.

I consider Roy a man of integrity and a friend.  And he can live in peace knowing that he followed his true north, his heart.

Don’t judge a person for following their gut, their heart, even if you don’t agree with it.  Just as no one should judge you for following your heart.

Remember, we aren’t physical beings having a spiritual experience, we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
