Yourself (3)

The Invisible Energy of Seeing Others as Yourself

About a half year ago, I decided to start a new podcast (I still have ULYIS too) where we would highlight and interview the areas leading experts on various topics.

As you may or may not know, I began my journey with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu about 3 years ago and it’s been quite a magical ride, full of growth.

And that couldn’t have happened without my good friend David.

They say when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.  I guess I was ready.

In today’s episode, I was lucky enough to have The Professor, David Adiv in the guest chair.  David moved to the United States from Israel back in 1985 and loved it so much that he decided to stay.  In that time, David has become a master of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the owner/CEO of Gracie New Jersey.  David infuses his philosophy of life into his teaching of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and I can confidently say this, he’s got me as a client for life!  To find out more about beginning at Gracie New Jersey, you can go to their website at https://gracienewjersey.com/.

Don’t Limit Yourself to the Your 5 Senses

3 years ago, while being taught by a great Zen Master, whom I paid handsomely for a year of Coaching, I saw him do something unbelievable.

He was going through his Tai-Chi rounds on camera and then boom, he pushed energy towards the camera screen and you could see the screen from the other side vibrate.  You  could even see it on rewind.

I couldn’t believe it, but he could.  He explained that the five senses are really just surface level and that there are energy fields radiating all around us, that we can control to a large degree.

I’ve since been using his secret methods in my daily rituals and when I tell you that my visualizations come true, it’s an understatement.

Do I have a super power?  Nope, I just learned from him and applied my learnings.

Your dreams, your thoughts and your body language, ALL of it radiates energy frequencies that you cannot see, just like radio stations.

I’ll be holding a small, private workshop in November (date TBA soon) teaching visualization and theater of the mind.  Keep an eye out.

In the meantime, know that you are far more powerful than you previously believed.

P.P.S-Doors are now open for Panda #5.  I am taking 10 students into this 66-day program.  If you’d like to drop 3 inches and a minimum of 12 pounds (and keep it off!) while gaining boatloads of energy, simply reply to this email with ‘Panda’ in the subject line.

P.P.P.S-My new book, The Panda Diet, is out and selling like hot cakes.  In fact, I won’t be surprised if it’s the number one book in its niche before the year is over.  If you are interested in my methods, you can go to Panda Diet

and pick up a copy.  And don’t forget to leave a review:).

Stop Kidding Yourself

3 weeks ago, in our weekly Saturday morning workout, I wrote a quote on the board for the crew, which I rarely ever do.

‘Keep your mind open to everything and closed to nothing’.

I didn’t erase it, in fact, I still think it’s up on the board.

Anyhow, during the next week, long time client and friend, Manny, came in with his wife Sandy and said, ‘I was just at HomeGoods and I thought of you!’

He went on to tell me that he walked by one of the picture frames in the store and in that frame, there was a quote, the exact quote that I wrote on the board!!! (See below)

You can brush stuff off like this is coincidence or you can look at it as energy and a frequency trying to get your attention and affirm the path you are on.

I choose the latter.
