Stop watching every damn minute of the news.
Stop scrolling social media looking for the bad news of the day.
You’ll find out what you need to know from your friends.
Put your focus on the stuff you have to be grateful for.
Put your focus on your health.
Yes, it’s time to fast for a bit from the nightly news and social media. Allow your brain a break.
